Founder and CEO
Reuben founded IndegoX as a collaborative design agency that brings positive transformation to enable users to fulfil their purpose.
His extensive experience across diverse industries provides him with a highly specialised and unique skillset for traversing cultural, political, physical and digital environments. What also sets him apart from others in the field of innovation is that he also has extensive experience in seeing projects all the way through from strategy to product delivery.
In his previous role at Dentsu Aegis Network’s Global Data Innovation Centre he was Director of User Experience and Interface, overseeing the experience design of artificial intelligence systems. Prior to that, he held management roles in digital content analytics, interior architecture, service design, medical research and policy development.
Reuben is on the adjunct faculty of both the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, where he regularly trains and teaches organisations and students in service innovation design and digital transformation.
Apart from advising several startups, he is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a cafe that supports the arts community in Singapore.
Reuben holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Hons) and Master of Commerce and Economics (International Business) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Yew Hong Chong
Chief Product Officer
Yew Hong joins IndegoX as a Chief Product Officer with the hope of helping organisations innovate, enter new markets and reinvent themselves.
In his career to date, he has enabled companies like 3M, Baxter and Cardinal Health gain new customers, create new products and improve productivity. He is a micro-entrepreneur and has also advised technology startups and more recently co-founded a children’s fashion label. Up until 2015, he was actively involved in people development at a volunteer organisation for over 10 years. What motivates him is the continued opportunity to work on projects with social-business impact.
He has over 19 years of experience across diverse industries including medical device, materials, food and beverage and consumer businesses. And has held roles in product development, project management, reasearch & development, design decision making, process improvement, business development and e-commerce.
Aside from dividing his time between work and family, he is an avid travel and street photographer.
Yew Hong read engineering at UMIST (United Kingdom) and is continuing a MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School.
As a specialist and team lead in conducting interviews, Claire has more than six years of experience conducting oral history interviews. She brings to IndegoX her collaborative skills and her attention to detail. With a background in History and Social Work, she not only possesses strong research skills, Claire is also an active listener. Coupled with an inquisitive mind, she is in a good position to help individuals uncover insights to perceived problems.
Her 15-year career includes being a key member of the secretariat team for government consultative groups. She has also conducted training sessions and facilitated oral history workshops targeted at varied groups, ranging from students and educators, to professionals in overseas archives.
Christine is a Design Thinking practitioner and an education enthusiast who believes in empowering individuals to pursue their passion through harnessing their given skills. She started her career in the education, consulted within the food and beverage (F&B) sector, founded digital platforms for HR and employment, retail and other services, and now responsible for conceptualising training programmes tailored to business objectives.
She is an advocate of Agile Methodologies, Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking, and always on the lookout for innovative ideas. She brings to IndegoX her wealth of knowledge and experience to create maximum impact for her clients and her unmistakable passion for developing social entrepreneurship with team building to solve complex problems.
Brenan assists IndegoX with research and strategy support. His background in Design Thinking and Psychology has resulted in extracting key insights for a F&B project at IndegoX, where he led in key research and observations.
As a third-year Literature student at Nanyang Technological University pursuing a double major in English Literature and Public Policy and Global Affairs, he brings a highly unique skillset with his analytical and structured approach to managing and processing information. His previous work experience at Sheng Hong Family Service Centre and Beyond Social Services have given him both theoretical and practical frameworks in managing learning environments and behaviours.
As a qualified Aviation Materials Specialist with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, Brenan managed the 24/7 distribution of logistics, working collaboratively with Boeing and Singapore Technologies. Brenan has also held positions in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Prudential managing department and project finances. Brenan is also fluent in Japanese and will be furthering his education at Meiji University in Tokyo later this year.
