Even big hearts need space to grow. Working with a non- profit organisation, we spent time listening to the struggles and dreams of employees and leaders to understand the root cause of the problems they were facing. We learnt that in order for their beneficiaries to truly flourish, we first needed to address the needs of those who were serving.

Better fruits follow better roots. All the learning led us to create a roadmap for the organisation's systems and technology, a growth strategy and a tool-kit encompassing 20 ways to measure impact.

We’re good at what we do but we can’t take all the credit. We took on best practices from the international NGO landscape to make useful recommendations on how clarity of purpose and a good system can unite a once fragmented organisation.
