Reuben will be speaking at a panel at the Smart Health Leadership Centre at 4pm on 8 January 2019 at the National University of Singapore's Institute of Systems Science. This is a collaboration with the University of Teeside, UK and will be live cast for audiences in both Singapore and the UK.
